Every filter we sell is the genuine part made by the brand on the box: Whirlpool and everydrop, GE, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire and Electrolux, Bosch, Kenmore, Sub-Zero, PUR and Elkay. Each one ships new, in its original manufacturer packaging.
How we source our filters
We buy our filters through an authorized distributor of these brands. We do not repackage, relabel or refill cartridges, and we do not sell compatible or generic filters. The certifications listed on each product page are the ones published by the manufacturer, and each product page links to the manufacturer for more details.
What to check when your filter arrives
- The box carries the brand name and the part number shown on the product page.
- The packaging is the original manufacturer packaging, sealed and unopened.
- The part number printed on the filter matches the one on your old filter, or your refrigerator is listed for it in our filters by refrigerator model.
If anything looks wrong, email support@discountfiltershop.com with your order number and photos of the box and the filter.
Your order is protected
Every order ships free within the United States and leaves the same day when placed before 3:00 pm Mountain Time on a business day. You have 365 days to return it, and if a filter does not fit your refrigerator, our $1,000 wrong-fit guarantee applies. See our returns policy and shipping policy for the details.
