1. Payment methods we accept
Checkout is processed through industry-leading PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
All payments are encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3. We do not store your CVV or full card number on our servers.
2. Order processing time
- Orders before 3:00 pm Mountain Time on a business day ship the same day from our Albuquerque, NM warehouse
- Orders after 3:00 pm MT or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day
- You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships

4. Where we ship
We currently ship within the 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, plus all APO / FPO / DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
5. Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. We collect New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax on orders shipped within New Mexico, and applicable state sales tax in any other state where we have a tax-collection obligation.
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot an error after checkout, contact us within 1 hour and we will try to update before the carrier picks up.
7. Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find the package, first check with neighbors and at your local post office. If still unrecovered after 48 hours, email us at contact@discountfiltershop.com and we will file a carrier claim and either replace the order or issue a full refund.
8. Carrier delays
Once a package is in carrier hands, delivery times are estimates only. Severe weather, holidays, or carrier-side incidents can cause occasional delays. We monitor every shipment and proactively reach out if a tracking event flags a problem.
9. Subscription & auto-ship orders
If you sign up for our auto-ship program (every 6 months for refrigerator filters, save 25%), you receive an email 3 days before each shipment is processed so you can pause, skip, or cancel without charge. The same shipping rates above apply to each subscription shipment.
