Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Stripe, and PayPal. All payment pages are served over SSL. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping destinations

We ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value and no threshold. The total you see in your cart, including any applicable sales tax, is the total you pay.

Where orders ship from

We do not operate a warehouse. Orders are picked, packed and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner located in the United States.

Processing time

Orders placed before 3:00 pm Mountain Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days of the order date. Carriers are USPS and FedEx.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
