Refund and Returns Policy

You have 365 days from the delivery date to return anything you buy from Discount Filter Shop.

Wrong-fit returns

If the cartridge you received does not fit your refrigerator, we refund the full purchase price and we pay the return shipping. Email support@discountfiltershop.com with your order number and the model number of your refrigerator. We send you a prepaid return label within one business day.

Change-of-mind returns

If you simply changed your mind, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging within 365 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is paid by you in this case. There is no restocking fee.

Opened items

Opened cartridges can only be returned under the wrong-fit condition above, or if the item is defective.

Defective items

If a cartridge leaks, will not seat, or fails within its stated service interval, contact us with your order number and a photograph. We replace it or refund it, at your choice, and we pay the return shipping.

How to start a return

1. Email support@discountfiltershop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply within one business day with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
3. Ship the item back.
4. We issue the refund within 5 business days of receiving it.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds appear within 5 to 10 business days after we issue the refund.

Original shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, so there are no original shipping charges to refund.

Order cancellation

You may cancel an order at no cost as long as it has not shipped. Email us as soon as possible.

Return address

Do not ship returns to our mailing address. Contact us first and we will send you the correct return address and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
